A ball locket with diamond-set star is suspended from a gold snake chain in this special early Victorian bracelet. The chain is in superb condition, and has a gorgeous oversized tube clasp. Suspended from the clasp is the gold ball which has a locket back.

    7-1/16" long. The snake chain is 3/16" wide. The ball locket is 5/8" diameter.

    None. The gold has been acid tested.

  • Age:

    Early Victorian

  • Condition:

    Excellent antique condition. The rose cut diamond is closed-back and foiled, and over time the foil has turned slightly green (it is probably silvered copper as suggested by the slight green tinge). And the link of the snake chain containing the tongue of the clasp has stretched slightly. Otherwise this bracelet is in superb condition for its age.
