This edgy gold brooch by Regine Juhls is from the Tundra series, inspired by the landscape of far northern Norway where she lived, worked, and designed jewelry with her husband Frank.

In 1959 Frank (1931-2020) and Regine (1939-) Juhls opened their workshop in the northernmost part of Norway above the Arctic Circle. Their jewelry was included in the 1967 World's Fair, Expo '67, representing Norway.
