I want you to love your piece of jewelry as much as I do, therefore I have an unconditional return policy: you have 3 days after receiving your piece of jewelry to decide whether to keep it. This allows you to try it on and see how it fits, and to examine its condition.
If you decide to return it, please email us at LisaKramerVintage@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your jewelry to let us know and we will let you know our shipping address. You are responsible for paying for insured return shipping using the same method of shipping that we use, and careful packing.
In addition, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once received back in the same condition in which it was sent you will get a full refund of the original price and any shipping costs you paid to have it shipped to you. Refunds will be to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions: custom pieces and layaways cannot be refunded, nor can any pieces that you've modified, for instance sizing a ring. Layaways can only be returned for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
