This showstopping sterling ring by Norwegian designer Marianne Berg swoops up the finger and features a pattern of silver balls along its top, with patination around them. Berg designed this ring for for the workshop of Uni David-Andersen. It comes with its original box and pamphlet from the Uni David-Andersen workshop.

Marianne Berg (1935-) is a modernist jeweler known for her work from the 1960’s through the 80’s. She worked for the David-Andersen workshop and also in the workshop of Uni David-Andersen, the 4^th generation of the David-Andersen family to work at the company, who established her own workshop. While David-Andersen pieces rarely are marked with their designer’s names, many of the pieces designed by Berg for Uni David-Andersen are marked with her initials M.B.
