Rachel Gera (1936-2023) was a renowned Israeli jewelry designer who studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the Oranim Art Institute, arriving at jewelry from a background in art and sculpture. She was among the first foreign artists to have her work exhibited at The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths in London.

This monumental cuff is a superb example of her work featuring a druzy quartz stone perched among swirls of silver and silver balls that appear to be orbiting around it. The bracelet is hinged in the back with the smallest of the silver balls forming part of the clasp.
