This marvelous Hans Hansen bracelet is narrow but chunky, made of thick sterling silver sheet and bars. Each of the main links are made of thick sheet stock topped with solid 1/8" diameter silver rod. The clasp is Hans Hansen's classic screw closure which is very secure. 

This bracelet is the type of piece that you can live in and never take off (although I recommend that you do when swimming in chlorinated or salt water!). The bracelet is 7-1/2" long, but a jeweler could easily shorten it by 1" by removing one of the long links plus a smaller connecting link, so it's suitable for people with both larger and smaller wrists.
