A web of gold surrounds clusters of pearls in this sculptural ring by studio jeweler J. Arnold Frew. This ring is bold and large but has a fluidity in the way that the gold flows and wraps around the pearls.

J. Arnold Frew (1921-2008) was a mid-century studio jeweler based in Arcadia, California. His work appeared in an exhibit in 1965 at the Norton Simon Museum.
