A sugarloaf garnet rises from the center of this marvelous ring by Ellis Kauppi of Kupittaan Kulta. The garnet is flanked by two holes that echo the stone between them. 

Founded in 1945 by silversmith Ellis Kauppi, Kupittaan Kulta is one of the major manufacturers of modernist jewelry in Finland and Kauppi is considered an important designer.
